Good morning!
Seniors: please email your senior graduation pictures for the graduation slideshow to Mrs. Schriefer as soon as possible. The yearbook committee will need 2 pictures of your baby years, 2 middle/teen years and 2 senior pictures. The email address is: lschriefer@blueridge18.org
Student please make sure you keep your cases on your chrome books at all times!
The next Student Council will be meeting on Tuesday, January 14th during lunch in the Library. We’ll be planning for the remainder of the year activities!
Thrive will start meeting next Thursday 1/16 during lunch in Mrs. Ramirez's art room. Come join us for good food and good conversation!
The Varsity Boys Basketball team on Friday night won a great game against Unity Christian. Unfortunately, the JV team lost their game. Thanks to the great support from the fans that came!
On Saturday Blue Ridge held the IHSSBCA Turnabout with 10 teams competing. The varsity A team went 6-3 on the day and placed 4th overall losing to the undefeated tourney champions U-High A by only 5 points.. The A team defeated Blue Ridge B team, U-High B team, Normal West, Riverton (coming from 105 pts down), Rantoul and Limestone. Congrats to Indra Nolan for being the 4th top scorer of a nearly 2A exclusive tournament with 45 toss-ups! Top scorers on the A team were Elias Nolan with 20 and Broden Soliday with 16. Representing the B team in scoring was Apollo Gannaway and Taylyn Watterson with 8 each. Way to go Knights!
The Girls Basketball team plays away tonight at Tri-County starting at 6pm. Bus time is at 4:20pm. Good Luck Lady Knights!
