Good Monday morning!
This is a reminder from the library to renew your library books. Some have been overdue since September! If you have any questions, see Mrs. Raines in the library.
Seniors: please email your senior graduation pictures for the graduation slideshow to Mrs. Schriefer as soon as possible. The yearbook committee will need 2 pictures of your baby years, 2 middle/teen years and 2 senior pictures. The email address is: lschriefer@blueridge18.org
There is an all member STEM Club meeting on Wednesday at lunch in Mrs. Schriefer's room.
Dungeons and Dragons club meets on Friday’s after school. Anyone is welcome to join in the fun! Email or talk to Mr. Minteer if you have any questions!
The Blue Ridge NHS is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive tomorrow. If you are 16 or older and would like to donate blood, please see Ms. Hieronymus.
Guest forms for the Valentine Dance on February 15th are available in the office and are due back on Monday, Feb. 10th.
Last week FFA Members competed in the Section 16 Public Speaking even with several members placing in the top 10. Members who competed were Gideon Craft in Creed Speaking, Addie Browning in JV Prepared Speaking, Kelly Weiss and Drake Hardesty in JV Extemporaneous Speaking, Carmen Ellis in Varsity Prepared Speaking, Ava Paullin and Kaydance Wooton in Varsity Extemporaneous Speaking. Students placing in the top 10 in their respective areas are- Gideon 3rd overall in Creed, Addie Browning 6th overall in JV Prepared, Carmen Ellis 4th overall in Varsity Prepared, Kelly Weiss 8th overall in JV Extemporaneous, and Kaydance Wooton 4th overall in Varsity Extemporaneous.
The Boys basketball team starts their trek in the LPC tournament tonight at 6pm. Saturday they play at Arcola in the same tournament with a time to be determined. Good Luck Knights!
The Lady Knights play at home tonight at 5:30 vs. ALAH. The theme for tonight’s game is Country vs. Country Club.
