Thanks to everyone who attended the Valentine dance on Saturday night. The Student Council appreciates all who attended and also thanks to our chaperones who were in attendance! We appreciate it!
This week is FFA Week where we celebrate the members of the National FFA Organization.
Today's dress-up theme is Country vs Country Club. During lunch we will mark down everyone who dressed up for points this week. We are also having the 2:20 bell schedule for the FFA Assembly at lunch. You get double points for participating in the Assembly.

The FFA Section 16 Proficiencies are tomorrow February 19th at Maroa-Forsyth high school.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, Feb 26th at 4 pm Blue Ridge senior Lily Enger will have a college signing to continue her education and play golf at Milliken College at 4pm in the HS Commons. Everyone is welcome to join in and attend and congratulate her!
Yesterday at the LPC tourney the varsity scholastic bowl team went 4-2 only losing to ALAH by 10 pts and the tourney champions, Cumberland. The knights defeated Tri-County, Okaw Valley, Bement as well as overcoming an early season loss to Villa Grove to defeat the blue devils by a score of 290-190. The 39-18 varsity scholastic bowl team was led by Indra Nolan with 29 toss-ups followed by Elias Nolan with 11, Ivy Whitehouse with 5, Broden Soliday and Apollo Gannaway with 3, Ollie Yeagle and AJ Bernard with 2 and Ellie Schlieper with 1. Overall it was a great learning experience for the Knights.
