Good morning! 

Seniors: please email your senior graduation pictures for the graduation slideshow to Mrs. Schriefer as soon as possible.  The yearbook committee will need 2 pictures of your baby years, 2 middle/teen years and 2 senior pictures. The email address is: lschriefer@blueridge18.org

The library is having a used book sale in this week, Tuesday thru Thursday.  The price is $1 per book.  There are so many books to choose from!  Come down during your study hall or any time with your teacher's permission.  

 

The City of Farmer City will be offering a lifeguard class at the Clinton YMCA March 21st to the 23rd.  There are no upfront costs required and your certification is 100% paid by the city with a signed agreement to work.  You must be a strong swimmer and at least 15 years of age.  If interested, please come to the office for additional information.

TONIGHT is the Fine Arts Expo here at the high school starting at 6pm. Help us celebrate the students in Band-Clothing-Theatre-Visual Arts-Industrial Arts-History and Chemistry.  Be sure to cast your ballot for the Best in Show! Some student’s artwork will be available for purchase.  Ballots are on your student Google Classroom page.  Bes sure and vote!  The Band will start at 7pm in the old gym.  The Library will also be open to anyone for their used book sale that night.  All books are $1.K

Congratulations to the varsity scholastic bowl team for winning their 6th IHSA class A regional championship in scholastic bowl last night!  The Knights defeated Heyworth 380-260 to advance to the championship match vs. LeRoy.  In that match being down 100 pts at the half the knights rallied to play a terrific half to claim the championship by defeating the Panthers by a score of 320-290 to improve their overall record to 47-25.  Leading the Knights in toss-ups was Elias Nolan with 10 followed by Indra Nolan with 7, Ivy Whitehouse with 5 and Broden Soliday and Cooper Rausch with 1 each.  The Knights travel to Maroa-Forsyth to play in the sectional against St. Teresa, St. Thomas More and PBL.  Way to go Knights scholastic bowl!
