Any FFA member that wants to help with Trick or Treat for Hunger TODAY from 4-6 needs to sign up in the Ag room.
TODAY at lunch in the library there will be a Knight Buddy matching meeting. If you’d signed up to be a Knight Buddy, please attend!
TONIGHT is the Parent Winter Sports meeting at 6pm at the high school.
TONIGHT is the October FFA Meeting that all Ag Students are invited to attend. Committee meetings will start at 6:30 and the Chapter meeting will start at 7 pm. We will have Minute-to-Win it games and feel free to wear your favorite school appropriate Halloween costume.
Please slow down in the school parking lot coming to school and leaving for the day. We’ve had several complaints about revving motors and driving too fast. You never know who is watching you!
Attention students that drive: if you drive to school and if you have changed your vehicle, please let the office know.
The STEM Club will have an ALL Member meeting THURSDAY during lunch!
Thrive is meeting in Mr. Minteer's room during lunch on THURSDAY and food will be provided. Come join us for good food, good conversations, and good community. Don't just get through the day; Try to THRIVE !
There is a Key Club meeting on Friday in the library. It is not too late to join Key club. We have fun and help out our communities!
Would you like to be behind the scenes at the Haunted Forest? The Haunted Forest is looking for people to be a part of the scare crew in the forest this weekend. Please see Ms. Hieronymus for more information.

Basketball Cheerleading tryouts will be held Monday, 10/24 from 6-8pm in the old gym and Wednesday 10/26 from 6-8pm in old gym. You are required to attend both days of tryouts.
Soccer players if you haven’t brought back your clean soccer uniforms, please bring them back to Mrs. Flannell this week.
Last night FFA Members competed in a competitive night of Ag Sales and Greenhand Quiz bowl. The Ag Sales team placed 8th overall with Lori Weiss placing 3rd overall individually from her room. Other team members included Lillian Enger, Sydney Rausch, and Kaleb Southern. The Greenhand Quiz Bowl team advanced and ended 3rd overall in their event. Team members included Ava Paullin, Carmen Ellis, Indra Nolan, Payton Heiser, and Mercedes Manuel. Congratulations to all!
Congrats to the varsity volleyball team for defeating Cerro Gordo Bement last night by set scores of 25-18, 19-25, 25-16. The JV lost a close three set match to the Broncos 27-25, 19-25, 15-13. Leading the knights was Phoebe Reynolds with 12 kills and 24 digs and 1 block followed by Gracie Shaffer with 23 assists, 15 digs and 14 service pts and Alexis Wike with 11 kills. The knights are now (22-11 overall, 5-4 in the LPC). Way to go Lady Knights!
