Schneider students visited Camp Read-a-Lot during their final visit to the library this year. We roasted marshmallows, told ghost stories and did flashlight reading in our reading tents.

And that's a wrap. Thanks to our students, staff, and families for an amazing 2023-2024 school year! We hope you have an exceptional summer! #br_u_knighted

Schneider Parents/Guardians! The large pile of lost and found items that has been on display in the vestibule will be taken to the Sunshine Center at the end of next week. This is the last call if you need to come check out the items. You may do so next week on Tuesday through Friday midday. Thanks! #br_u_knighted

PIZZA will be served for lunch tomorrow to celebrate the last day of school!! BRSE and BRHS will have God Father's Pizza and BRIJHS will have Dominos. Thanks for a great 22-23 school year from the cafeteria staff!

Mrs. Nadrozny's 2nd grade students learned about pollination through a hands-on experience by creating an insect and then having it spread pollen (powdered Kraft cheese) from flower to flower. They then used magnifying glasses to closely investigate the transfer of 'pollen' from the insect legs to the flowers. This was ALL thanks to the Blue Ridge Education Foundation (BREF) for their grant to support learning through a 'We Learn By Doing' approach. Thank you BREF!

Mrs. Ward’s kindergarteners want to remind everyone how awesome the weather is right now for outdoor reading! Catching some rays and growing our brains!
