JH baseball open practice (non-mandatory) will be held on 7/26, 7/27 and 7/28 from 5:30p-7p at the BRIJHS baseball field. This is for ANY incoming 6th, 7th or 8th grade boys interested. Tryout practice will be on 8/1 and 8/2 from 5:30p-7:30p and practices will continue on 8/3. Athletes must have a current physical by 8/1. Please reach out to Coach Alvis with any questions or concerns at 618-246-3371, especially if there's a conflict with the 8/1 and 8/2 dates. FYI- The BRHS football field will be used tomorrow morning for training conducted by Carle Hospital. The AirLife helicopter will be in use during this training for emergency personnel. This message is to keep you informed as the presence of the AirLife helicopter often creates questions from observers. Blue Ridge is happy to assist in the training. #br_u_knighted

Blue Ridge CUSD #18 will host Pre-K screenings July 28 and 29. The developmental screening is for children who are 3 or 4 years old at the time of the screening. Children who turn 5 on or before September 1, 2022, are not eligible for the screening. Please allow up to 2 hours for the screening. We ask you not to bring other children with you since you will be asked to join us during your child’s appointment.
