This year's BRIJHS Readathon was a hit! We had so much fun celebrating the joy of reading. However, we are falling short of our goal to raise $10,000. Would you consider helping? You can make a donation at our readathon page. https://www.read-a-thon.com/school/Blue-Ridge-Intermediate-and-Junior-High_42782
We will close out donations on November 10th.
All funds raised go to fun, school-wide incentives like Fall Festivals and Winter Movies and so much more! We really appreciate your help and support!!

Tonight I am sharing with you that an inappropriate audio file was shared by two BRHS students to the BRHS student body during the school day. The message in the audio file was extremely inappropriate and offensive, targeting BRHS staff and students. As a district we take a strong stand against harassing behavior and we ask you to join us. Parents, please take time to use this as a learning opportunity to remind your students that hateful messages through any medium are wrong. Period. Thank you for joining us in this important work. #br_u_knighted

Schneider students celebrated their good behavior this quarter with the Pumpkin Olympics! Students had a pumpkin toss, relay, bowling and more!

BRIJHS Students, please don't forget to read and log minutes over the weekend! Also, now is a great time to remind parents that we just have 5 days left of our Read-a-thon. You can reach out to family and friends! We will celebrate by dressing up next week!
