Good morning, Blue Ridge! The purple bus (#6) is running 10 minutes late this morning. Thank you for your understanding. Let's make our first Monday a great one! #br_u_knighted

The red bus was delayed on an earlier route and is running approximately 30 minutes behind this afternoon. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please consider applying for one of our open driver positions, which could greatly assist us with running timely routes. #br_u_knighted

Good afternoon! Our first three days of school are coming to a close. Next week we return to our regular 3:10 dismissal time.
We did have our first positive COVID-19 case at the high school today. With our current masking requirement being followed, there will be no close contacts from within our classrooms. If a situation exists in which your son/daughter is determined to be a close contact, you will be notified by the school district and then by the health department. We are thankful that with our first case the contact tracing is complete and there are no close contacts involved. #br_u_knighted

Please verify your physical and mailing address for the upcoming school year!
Parents of returning students in grades 1-12, it came to our attention that address verification was accidentally excluded as part of the online registration. Please log in to Qmlativ (Skyward) and view the tile online form called "Address Verification." This a one step process that allows you to view your past address and make any necessary changes if needed. We ask that you do this for each returning child in grades 1-12 before Wednesday.
We appreciate your help and apologize for the extra login. Here is the link for Qmlativ: https://bit.ly/3jDOYiL
Thank you for helping us ensure our transportation dept and school offices have your correct address on file. As always, you can call your school office if you have a question.

All parents who are not registered online will be asked to come in to their respective student building next week to complete the registration process.
Thanks so much for taking the time to help us get ready for the upcoming school year!

Wednesday afternoon, Governor Pritzker announced an Executive Order that supports safe in-person learning and requires that masks be worn indoors by all teachers, staff, students, and visitors to K-12 schools, regardless of vaccination status. Our district’s highest priority is to keep our staff and students safe so we can continue to provide quality in-person instruction, therefore, we will continue to follow the guidance as provided by Governor Pritzker and the CDC. A revised Return to Learning Plan can be found here: https://5il.co/wk3v #br_u_knighted
